The room was not only very spacious but also impeccably clean, providing a sense of tranquility after a day of exploring Hakone and Kamakura. the personal touch of the owner, Nori-san, offering to drive us to view Mt. Fuji and Mt. Halone, truly enhanced our experience and made our trip unforgettable. the attention to detail, from the complimentary coffee and local tourist information to the impeccably maintained facilities, showcased the owners' commitment to ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. I particularly appreciated the traditional touches in the room, like the tatami mats and provided slippers, which added to the overall authentic Japanese experience. the level of care and hospitality exhibited by the owners made Field Hakone Resort stand out as a top choice for travelers seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine warmth during their Hakone getaway.
